The Partner Plan is an ongoing creative partnership for established brands and marketing teams that need consistent, higher-volume design support across multiple areas of the business.
This package includes up to 10 design pieces per month, selected from our Brand Design Service Menu. Each selected piece follows the extended deliverable scope included within the Partner Plan. Large-format work is limited to a maximum of 3 large-format deliverables per billing cycle, and those deliverables count toward the plan’s total monthly design-piece allowance.
Partner is designed to function as an extension of your internal creative or marketing team. The plan includes extended scope across presentations, brochures, catalogs, packaging, event materials, digital assets, advertising pieces, and other eligible brand applications. Beyond execution, our team helps maintain consistency across deliverables and provides ongoing creative direction.
The Partner Plan includes up to 3 active design projects at a time. Requests beyond the active-project capacity remain in the production queue and begin as capacity becomes available. You’ll also have a Dedicated Project Manager, priority scheduling, priority support, and one monthly creative planning meeting to align upcoming priorities, campaigns, deliverables, and creative needs.
Each deliverable includes up to 2 rounds of revisions.

Monthly Plan
Billed monthly with a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial 3 months, the plan continues on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled before the next billing date. Includes up to 10 design pieces per billing cycle. Unused design pieces do not roll over. All subscription payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
Yearly Plan
Requires a 12-month commitment and includes a reduced monthly rate. The annual plan is billed monthly and renews automatically at the end of the term unless canceled before the renewal date. Billing terms and applicable savings are displayed at checkout.
Getting Started
After purchase, you’ll receive access to our onboarding process and will be asked to provide your brand guidelines, logos, fonts, visual assets, references, existing materials, and any information our team needs to begin working within your established brand identity.
Production Capacity
The Partner Plan includes up to 3 active projects at a time and a maximum of 3 large-format deliverables per billing cycle. Large-format deliverables are included within, not in addition to, the plan’s 10 monthly design pieces. You may submit your monthly requests together or throughout the billing cycle. Requests beyond active-project capacity remain in the production queue and are activated according to your selected priorities.
Turnaround
Estimated turnaround depends on the type, scope, and complexity of each deliverable. Most standard requests are prepared for initial review within approximately 2-7 business days after becoming active, provided all required content and assets have been received. Larger or more complex deliverables may require additional production time.
Monthly Selection
Choose up to 10 eligible design pieces each month from the Brand Design Service Menu. The Partner Plan uses the extended deliverable scope deliverable scope shown in the Design Menu & Scope. Requests exceeding the included limits may require an add-on or custom quote.
Revisions
Each deliverable includes up to 2 revision rounds. Revision rounds are intended to refine the approved direction. Major changes in concept, format, content, structure, or scope may be considered a new request or may require an additional fee.
Creative Direction
Partner includes ongoing creative direction and brand consistency oversight across the materials developed through the plan. This does not include a complete brand strategy, rebranding, logo redesign, or development of a new visual identity
unless separately contracted.
Monthly Creative Planning Meeting
Partner includes one monthly creative planning meeting to review priorities, upcoming needs, creative direction, campaigns, and production planning.
Priority Scheduling
Partner clients receive priority scheduling within the Brand Design Support production queue. Priority scheduling does not imply immediate or same-day production.
Client-Provided Content
Final copy, photography, product information, dimensions, specifications, and other required content must be provided by the client unless otherwise stated. Copywriting, photography, translation, printing, production, and other specialized services are not automatically included.
