What services does Grey Sky Graphics offer?
Grey Sky Graphics provides branding, creative design, ongoing Brand Design Support, standalone creative services, and ready-made digital templates and resources. The scope and availability of each service are detailed on the corresponding product or service page.
How do I know which service or plan is right for me?
If you already have an established brand identity and need recurring design support, one of our Brand Design Support Plans may be the best fit. If you only need a specific deliverable, you can purchase a standalone service through the Shop. If you prefer to work independently using a professional structure, our editable templates and resources may be a better option.
Do I need an existing brand identity to subscribe to a Design Support Plan?
Yes. Our Brand Design Support Plans are intended for businesses that already have an established visual identity, including a logo, colors, typography, and general brand direction.
If you need to create or redefine your brand first, our branding services can be contracted separately.
Can Grey create something that is not listed in the Design Menu?
For Essential, Grow, and Partner, requests are generally based on the available Design Menu & Scope. If you need something outside the menu, contact us and we’ll determine whether it can be added as an additional service or custom project.
Enterprise clients have greater flexibility and may request custom deliverables and scopes beyond the standard menu.
Brand Design Support Plans
How do the Brand Design Support Plans work?
Choose the plan that best fits your monthly creative needs, then select the design pieces you need from our Design Menu.
Each plan includes a specific number of monthly design pieces, project capacity, deliverable scope, and level of creative support.
How many design pieces are included each month?
Our current plans include:
Essential — up to 3 design pieces / month
Grow — up to 6 design pieces / month
Partner — up to 10 design pieces / month
Enterprise — up to 15 design pieces / month, unless otherwise agreed
The scope of each individual piece also varies depending on the selected plan.
What counts as one design piece?
One design piece is one deliverable completed within the scope included in your plan.
For example, a presentation of up to the permitted number of slides counts as one piece, just as one brochure, one packaging design, or one eligible advertising piece would.
The exact limits for each deliverable are listed in the Design Menu & Scope.
Can I submit all of my monthly design requests at once?
Yes. You can submit your monthly requests together and indicate your order of priority.
However, the number of projects that can be actively worked on at the same time depends on your plan. Remaining requests will stay in the production queue until capacity becomes available.
How many projects can be worked on at the same time?
Essential — 1 active project
Grow — up to 2 active projects
Partner — up to 3 active projects
Enterprise — up to 4 active projects
An active project is a deliverable currently in design, revision, or final production.
How long does each project take?
Turnaround depends on the size and complexity of the deliverable.
Most standard requests are prepared for initial review within approximately 2–7 business days after the project becomes active, provided we have received all required content, files, and information.
Larger or more complex projects may require additional production time.
When does the turnaround time begin?
Turnaround begins once the request becomes an active project and we have received everything necessary to begin production.
Submitting a request does not automatically start its turnaround period if it is still waiting in the production queue.
How many revisions are included?
Each design piece includes up to 2 revision rounds.
A revision round should include one consolidated set of feedback from all relevant stakeholders.
Major changes to the approved direction, structure, format, or scope may be considered a new request or additional work.
What happens if I don’t use all of my design pieces?
Unused design pieces do not roll over to the following billing cycle.
Your design allowance resets at the beginning of each new billing period.
Can I request more pieces than my plan includes?
Yes, subject to availability.
Additional design capacity, expanded scopes, or individual add-ons may be purchased separately where available. If your needs regularly exceed your current plan, we may recommend upgrading to a higher level of support.
Can I change plans?
Plan upgrades may be requested based on availability and can generally be applied to a future billing cycle.
Downgrades are subject to the minimum commitment and billing terms of your current subscription. Contact us before your next billing date if you would like to change your plan.
Billing & Commitments
Is there a minimum commitment for monthly plans?
Yes.
Essential, Grow, and Partner monthly subscriptions require a minimum 3-month commitment.
After the initial three months, your subscription continues month-to-month and may be canceled before your next billing date.
How does the Annual Plan work?
Annual Plans require a 12-month commitment and are offered at a reduced monthly rate.
Unless otherwise stated, annual subscriptions are billed monthly throughout the 12-month term.
What is the minimum commitment for Enterprise?
Enterprise requires a minimum 12-month commitment.
Because Enterprise includes customized scope, production capacity, workflow, and coordination, it is structured as a longer-term creative partnership.
Are subscriptions automatically renewed?
Yes. Subscription plans renew automatically according to the billing option selected at checkout.
Monthly plans continue month-to-month after the initial minimum commitment unless canceled.
Annual and Enterprise renewal terms are shown when the plan is purchased.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Once the applicable minimum commitment has been completed, you may request cancellation before your next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation takes effect according to your billing cycle and does not provide a refund for a billing period already paid.
Working With Grey
What do you need from me before starting?
Depending on the project, we may request:
- Logo files
- Brand guidelines
- Fonts
- Final copy
- Photography or imagery
- Product information
- Dimensions or specifications
- References
- Existing branded materials
- Any other assets necessary for production
Providing complete materials helps us keep projects moving efficiently.
Is copywriting included?
Not unless specifically stated.
Clients are generally responsible for providing final copy and approved content. Copywriting, translation, photography, video production, printing, and other specialized services may be quoted separately.
Will you follow my existing brand guidelines?
Yes. Brand Design Support is specifically intended to extend and apply your existing visual identity consistently across new materials.
For Partner and Enterprise clients, we can also provide additional creative direction and brand consistency oversight within the scope of the plan.
What if I need a complete rebrand?
Logo creation, rebranding, naming, brand strategy, and full visual identity development are not included in Brand Design Support subscriptions.
Those can be contracted separately as branding projects.
Shop & Standalone Services
Can I purchase a single design project without subscribing?
Yes. Standalone creative services available through the Shop can be purchased independently without subscribing to a monthly Brand Design Support Plan.
How are standalone projects priced?
Pricing depends on the type, scope, size, and complexity of the selected service.
The product page will show the included scope, available options, estimated turnaround, and applicable pricing.
What happens if my project is larger than the listed scope?
If your request exceeds the included page count, number of slides, formats, variations, or other limits, additional fees may apply.
We’ll confirm the expanded scope and pricing before proceeding.
Templates & Digital Products
What are The Grey-ness templates?
The Grey-ness is our collection of ready-made editable tools and templates built around creative studio workflows.
They are designed for brands, creatives, freelancers, and teams that want a professional structure without commissioning a custom project.
Are templates customized by Grey Sky Graphics?
No. Templates are pre-designed digital products intended for you to customize yourself.
Custom design, consulting, strategy, or implementation is not included unless separately purchased.
How will I receive my template?
Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment, either through your account, a download link, or the delivery method shown at checkout.
Can I use a template for client work?
Yes, where permitted by the applicable product license.
You may customize eligible templates for your own business or legitimate client work, but you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or offer the original editable template as your own digital product.
Can I get a refund on a digital template?
Because digital products provide immediate access to downloadable files, purchases are generally final once access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
