12-Month Partnership

Enterprise requires a minimum 12-month commitment. The plan is billed monthly and is designed for organizations requiring ongoing, customized creative support, dedicated production capacity, and a workflow adapted to their internal needs.

The Enterprise Plan provides custom creative support for organizations and high-growth teams with larger, more complex, or highly customized creative needs.

Enterprise provides up to 15 design pieces per month, with up to 4 active projects at a time and a maximum of 4 large- format deliverables per billing cycle. Unlike the standard plans, Enterprise is not limited to the standard Design Menu; deliverables, formats, scopes, workflows, and production requirements may be customized based on the organization’s needs and agreed production capacity.

Enterprise is built around the organization rather than a fixed standard menu. It combines dedicated production capacity with creative direction, brand consistency oversight, priority production, custom workflow coordination, and flexible deliverable scope.

The Enterprise Plan includes 4 active design projects at a time. Requests beyond the active-project capacity remain in the production queue and begin as capacity becomes available. Enterprise includes a creative planning meeting every two weeks, plus multi-stakeholder coordination and a custom production workflow when required.

Each deliverable includes up to 2 rounds of revisions.

Best for: organizations and high-growth teams that require a long-term creative partnership, customized production capacity, multi-stakeholder coordination, or support across multiple departments or campaigns.

Enterprise Term
Requires a minimum 12-month commitment and is billed monthly. Enterprise is designed for long-term creative partnerships with customized scope, workflow, and production capacity. The plan renews according to the terms displayed at checkout or in the applicable Enterprise agreement. All subscription payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period begins.

Getting Started
After the Enterprise engagement is approved, your dedicated Project Manager will coordinate onboarding, brand assets, stakeholders, priorities, approval structure, recurring production needs, and the custom workflow agreed for your organization.

Production Capacity
Enterprise includes up to 4 active projects at a time and a maximum of 4 large-format deliverables per billing cycle. Additional submitted requests remain in the production queue until capacity becomes available. Priority scheduling and priority production apply within the agreed Enterprise workflow.

Turnaround
Estimated turnaround depends on the type, scope, and complexity of each deliverable. Most standard requests are prepared for initial review within approximately 2-7 business days after becoming active, provided all required content and assets have been received. Larger or more complex deliverables may require additional production time.

Monthly Selection
Enterprise includes up to 15 design pieces per month, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Enterprise clients may request custom deliverables, expanded scopes, or specialized creative work beyond the standard Design Menu, subject to agreed production capacity, complexity, and scheduling.

Revisions
Each deliverable includes up to 2 revision rounds. Revision rounds are intended to refine the approved direction. Major changes in concept, format, content, structure, or scope may be considered a new request or may require an additional fee.

Creative Direction
Enterprise includes ongoing creative direction and brand consistency oversight across the materials developed through the plan. This does not include a complete brand strategy, rebranding, logo redesign, or development of a new visual identity unless separately contracted.

Creative Planning Meetings
Enterprise includes a creative planning meeting every two weeks to review priorities, production capacity, stakeholder needs, upcoming campaigns, and workflow coordination.

Enterprise Flexibility
Enterprise clients are not restricted to the standard Design Menu. Custom deliverables, custom deliverable scope, multi- stakeholder coordination, support for multiple departments or campaigns, custom production workflows, and custom volume options may be defined according to the organization’s needs and agreed production capacity.

Priority Scheduling
Enterprise receives priority scheduling and priority production within the Brand Design Support workflow. Priority service does not guarantee immediate or same-day delivery.

Client-Provided Content
Final copy, photography, product information, dimensions, specifications, and other required content must be provided by the client unless otherwise stated. Copywriting, photography, translation, printing, production, and other specialized services are not automatically included.

Custom Needs
Enterprise is built to accommodate more complex or customized requirements. Requests that exceed agreed monthly capacity or require highly specialized production may be scoped separately through an addendum, add-on, or custom quote.

Large-format limits: Essential – up to 1; Grow – up to 2; Partner – up to 3; Enterprise – up to 4 per billing cycle. Large-format deliverables count toward the plan’s total monthly design-piece allowance. Large-format work generally includes presentations/decks, brochures, catalogs, packaging design, menu design, and other comparable high-complexity deliverables.
