Each design piece is subject to the scope included in the Essential Plan. This plan is intended for brands with an existing visual identity and does not include branding or rebranding services.

Monthly billing requires a minimum 3-month commitment. All subscription payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period begins.

The Essential Plan is designed for brands that already have an established visual identity and need reliable creative support for occasional design needs throughout the month.

This package includes up to 3 design pieces per month, selected from our Brand Design Service Menu. Each selected piece follows the standard deliverable scope included within the Essential Plan. Large-format work is limited to a maximum of 1 large-format deliverable per billing cycle, and those deliverables count toward the plan’s total monthly design-piece allowance.

Depending on your needs, monthly selections may include presentations, brochures, newsletters, corporate materials, advertising pieces, digital assets, packaging adaptations, and other eligible brand applications. For example, presentations may include up to 10 slides, brochures up to 4 pages, and catalogs up to 8 pages.

The Essential Plan includes 1 active design project at a time. Requests beyond the active-project capacity remain in the production queue and begin as capacity becomes available.

Each deliverable includes up to 2 rounds of revisions.
Best for: small businesses and established brands that need professional design support for a limited number of projects each month.

Monthly Plan
Billed monthly with a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial 3 months, the plan continues on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled before the next billing date. Includes up to 3 design pieces per billing cycle. Unused design pieces do not roll over.
All subscription payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period begins.

Yearly Plan
Requires a 12-month commitment and includes a reduced monthly rate. The annual plan is billed monthly and renews automatically at the end of the term unless canceled before the renewal date. Billing terms and applicable savings are displayed at checkout.

Getting Started
After purchase, you’ll receive access to our onboarding process and will be asked to provide your brand guidelines, logos, fonts, visual assets, references, existing materials, and any information our team needs to begin working within your established brand identity.

Production Capacity
The Essential Plan includes 1 active project at a time and a maximum of 1 large-format deliverable per billing cycle. Large-format deliverables are included within, not in addition to, the plan’s 3 monthly design pieces. You may submit your monthly requests together or throughout the billing cycle. Requests beyond active-project capacity remain in the production queue and are activated according to your selected priorities.

Turnaround
Estimated turnaround depends on the type, scope, and complexity of each deliverable. Most standard requests are prepared for initial review within approximately 2-7 business days after becoming active, provided all required content and assets have been received. Larger or more complex deliverables may require additional production time.

Monthly Selection
Choose up to 3 eligible design pieces each month from the Brand Design Service Menu. The Essential Plan uses the standard deliverable scope deliverable scope shown in the Design Menu & Scope. Requests exceeding the included limits may require an add-on or custom quote.

Revisions
Each deliverable includes up to 2 revision rounds. Revision rounds are intended to refine the approved direction. Major changes in concept, format, content, structure, or scope may be considered a new request or may require an additional fee.

Client-Provided Content
Final copy, photography, product information, dimensions, specifications, and other required content must be provided by the client unless otherwise stated. Copywriting, photography, translation, printing, production, and other specialized services are not automatically included.

Large-format limits: Essential – up to 1; Grow – up to 2; Partner – up to 3; Enterprise – up to 4 per billing cycle. Large-format deliverables count toward the plan’s total monthly design-piece allowance. Large-format work generally includes presentations/decks, brochures, catalogs, packaging design, menu design, and other comparable high-complexity deliverables.

Enterprise flexibility: Enterprise is not restricted to the standard Design Menu. Custom deliverables, custom scope, multi stakeholder coordination, multiple departments or campaigns, custom production workflows, and custom volume options may be defined according to the organization’s needs and agreed production capacity.

  • Enterprise: starting at $3,000 / month; minimum 12-month commitment; up to 15 design pieces; up to 4 active projects; maximum 4 large-format deliverables; Flexible / Custom Deliverable Scope; creative planning meeting every two weeks; priority scheduling and production; Enterprise flexibility beyond the standard Design Menu.
